Apartamentos Quijano by Be Alicante

Apartment was clean and functional which are generally our main criteria when booking. As a studio/loft, it was a little small for our party of 4 but as we had been let down by another accommodation provider, our choices were limited and this was the only option available to us. There was a double bed and a double sofa bed which were both fine to sleep on, a small kitchen/dining area and a separate bathroom. There was a welcome pack of cleaning products/items and sufficient equipment to allow for a simple breakfast / lunch. There were some bathroom items (toilet roll, soap, body wash) provided and sufficient towels for the stay. The towels were changed during our stay. The shower had a tendency to wet the bathroom floor due to its positioning but it wasn't an issue. Air Conditioning also worked well. There was a working lift in the building. Location was excellent with lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity as well so plenty of choices for evenings out. The beach was approx. 5-10 mins walk from the apartment which was extremely handy. The tram stop which allowed you to visit the quieter Playa Sant Joan was also the same distance so extremely well located. The area is in the old town and there can be a bit of noise at night as it is on a square with a couple of restaurants/bars but it didn't impact our sleep. I'd have no hesitation in booking again but would book a bigger apartment if one was available.

The apartment was basic but it was clean and it has everything you need for a short break. Decent kitchen and good air con! Great location, easy check in and the staff at the hotel reception were helpful.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything you needed and a big terrace with a nice view. The location was in the center as well, near all restaurants and bars. We were surprised that such an apartment was this cheap. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and the check in/out process went very smoothly! Definitely recommended!

Location was great, facilities were also great! Coffee machine came with two coffee pods which was very nice. We checked in at 12:30am and reception was open. We also were offered to leave our luggage with the place after check out - very helpful. People at reception were very helpful throughout the whole stay. Be advised - it does get a bit loud as it is in the center of the city next to a few bars :)

Minimalist with everything you need plus the big terrace is really a great factor! Every handy in all place you need to go. Staff is very accommodating.
